Softlife discovered this strange creature in a vacant city lot today.We found it's behavior most intriguing. It was searching intently for something, we thought food or perhaps shelter, but it soon became clear that it's quest was much more esoteric. We were astounded to witness this otherworldly little being position itself against various backgrounds, which at first seemed random, but in time became increasingly coherent. The creature appeared to be looking for a geometrical mirror of sorts in which to insert itself like a puzzle piece. We do not know the purpose of this peculiar conduct, but it had a distinctly mystical quality, which is not an easy thing for scientists to admit. What can we say? The photographs speak for themselves.
